Join Cultivate the City and Kathryn Breisch for an afternoon rooftop yoga session.

Kathryn is a 200 hour instructor who received her training in Dharamsala, India. She has been practicing regularly for 7 years, and believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender and ability. Kathryn first started practicing to address health issues and to cultivate mindfulness.

Come to take in a moment of mindfulness at one of the city's secret oasis. Refreshments including herbal tinctures and freshly harvested fruits and veggies will be provided after the class.

This 60 minute class will be suitable for all levels, focusing on gentle sun salutations, and restorative flow. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND PROPS!
